Well , if you don’t know  , our screen time in this quarantine period has gone up more than 100% , which is really very shocking .

 And ,  Most people can’t go more than 1 hour 43 minutes staying away from the screen a day !  

Also ,  Teenagers spend 6 hours and 40 minutes of screen time on an average day during this period .

 Not lagging behind ,  Children between the ages of 8 to 12 years tally 4 hours and 36 minutes of daily screen time .

  4. Children also start to bully others due to more screen time
  5. They lose concentration in studies

Well , as I said , this screen has effects on our brains . Want to know the part of the brain that is damaged due to this ? It is none other than the cortex . Which is an important part of our body . But what has happened ? People over time have thinner cortexes than others . What will happen then ? Well , for you to be shocked , cortex is the region of our body which processes information to the five senses . A thinner cortex means the time taken to convey the information will be more , which means , our body will slowly slow down . Bad news ?

  5. Take up some other hobbies when you’re bored . ( Other than screen time hobbies . )
